Tires for MGB-63

I need some help finding tires (at a resonable price) for my 63 B with wire
wheels. My owners manual indicates that I should have a 5-60 14 (tubed c41)
or a a155-14 (SP). My  car has Michelin XZX 165 SR 14 that have dry rotted on
the side walls; 165's are a bit snug when changing the rear wheels and I
would like to go back to a 155. 

I have found the a source of a Michelin 165 for $ 109 each at NTW. Any Ideas?
