Need a guild to tune a holley 8007

All, I have been looking on the internet for a few hours now and I can't
seem to find anything on how to properly tune my Holley carb that I just
installed in my 65 MGB/231 v6.  Can anyone point me in a good direction or
maybe an archive that might have the basics of tuning carbs.
