Spare Wire Wheel Clamps

I have found some spare wheel clamps for wire wheels (dunno if they will
fit those nasty common ones!)   It is a rubber thing that fits down inside
the hole - any 7" to 7 1/2" NF 3/8 bolt and washer will complete the
assembly.  Anyone that wants one has to pay the exorbitant sum of $10 pus
postage
