OT -- Need a lead on brake parts

I apologize for this off-topic request, but I'm hoping this list can help.

I need two front brake disks from a British Ford Escort Mk3 or Mk4 to use as
replacement rear disks on my Westfield.  Can anyone point me in the right
direction (in the US)?
