Don,
On my 2-tone blue PA, the rear wing bracket is in the same dark blue as the
rear wing, as is the front wing bracket (the interior of the wing being
painted in the dark blue as well.
The apron, bonnet sides and top, the side valences, body tub and tank are
all light blue.
The wings & running boards are dark.
