Thanks to all who offered up suggestions and research for the strange PA part
in my bag of bits.
Andrew Fock wins the prize with pictures of both P and N 4 seaters clearly
showing it as the spare tyre holder. Absent the traditional "3 legged stool"
spare holder on the 2 seater, this part was fixed to the wooden tub through
the rear skin.
