In my many boxes of bits, I found a large metal adapter of some sort. In
the MG Service Parts list for PA-PB it is pictured on page 42 and described
as part # B252/130 Spare wheel hub packing block.
I guessed it (with some help) as an extension to the rear tire carrier to
support two spares. Mr. Rich and Mr. Tantau voted thumbs down as it did
nothing to lengthen the spare wheel lock nut and sleeve to reach through two
wheels.
Can someone identify for me?
