While I never had the chance to meet Dr. Keuper personally, I have used a
pictorial on him entitled "Sweet P" published in the Spring 1986 MG Magazine
as an inspiration as well as a model for the restoration of PA 1823.
I was originally given the issue as it was the only multipage color photo
spread of the duotone red paint scheme I could find. I have virtually worn it
out trying to capture the correct look.
As my knowledge of MG and NAMMM history has grown, I realized I had a lot
more of a model than a few color photos of a car. The MMM community is
saddened.
