In a mail there was mentioned, that possibly blocks could be available
through me.
No, I only was a bit involved when years ago a mould was made in Germany.
That mould now belongs to Peter Green, where I myself have bought (1998),
and I was very happy with the quality.
There is a slight problem when you want to fit a long-stroke Abingdon crank
because of the webs.
A Phoenix-crank fits perfekt.
The blocks are heavier than the originals, but the added material is at
places where the old blocks used to crack. Why not ask Peter for a
alluminium one, worried about originality ??

There are apparently 3 sources of repro 6 cyl. blocks, Bob Jones,
Peter Green via Gerhard Maier? and Tom Dark or possibly Peter Gregory?
Which of these is the best? I thought I heard some are very heavy. I
would want a repro block that is visually indistinguishable from the correct
KC block.
