Don,

'Tulip' is the name of a poppet valve used in some engines and simply
describes the shape of its head. Its just a valve, inlet or exhaust. It is
usually installed where there are few deer as they tend to eat tulps and are
replaced by daffodil valves which the deer don't eat.

Are we still on for early December?

Cheers, "Bob".
