The Federal Tax is a "Road Use Tax" not sales tax calculated on the 
selling price.
It does not change when the price goes up or down.


We need a Federal law that  forces the planet earth to make an infinite 
supply of light sweet crude
available at a depth of 1000 feet where the land is dry and level and 
transportation is no more
than 10 miles away.
