This Speedweek as a lakester or streamliner (I've forgotten which) came to 
the line and there was several minutes of discussion between the driver and 
the starter and they pushing back to the pits . As I got it , the starter 
thought the large driver couldn't have passed the bail-out test . Does 
anybody know more on this ?
