ECTA on TV tonight

North Carolina Public TV will air a feature on the ECTA tonight at 9  
Eastern time.  And -- according to Ellen Guthrie, who tipped me off  
to the show -- it'll be available online tomorrow morning so those of  
you that don't get NC TV on your televisions can watch it on the
