Well, tapping on the exhaust valve with the rubber mallet solved the
difference issue.
#4 came up to 2% with 90lbs of air. The new rocker arm is installed, ran all
the rocker clearances again, the truck started right up and ran nice and
smooth (except for that lope it has at 736 RPM)Life is good. Anybody know of
a good dyno shop in Columbus Ohio?
