and yeah your allowed to operate a vehicle on the return roads... but you 
have to follow the speed limits... 35 out side of the pits and 10mph inside 
of them....  it's really cool... you can even run your car without an 
occupant... ( not saying that's better we just don't have that rule )

Push trucks have a turn out and they simply go down and pick you up after 
you've turned off the course if you desire... you get to pick...
