.....As for the project, I've been doing quite a bit of thinking on it
and have a plan and I also have some other guys over here who are into
the idea of putting something together but I need some more $$$ in the
bank first. If I start a build it will be finished, I want to make sure
it's not one of those efforts that gets abandoned halfway through. Spend
quite a lot of time reading the stuff here and more than occasionally
glance through the rule books, looking at a few of the Record numbers, a
couple in particular. If all goes to plan work wise then I may get the
donor car sometime next year ('55/56 Ghia) and then see how things go
from there. If that doesn't come off then I'll maybe put a Bar Stool
together, one way or another I want to drive something out there
someday! Still, on the plus side I'm only(!?!) 30 so I have a few years
to get myself together, I see from the list that I'd need to be a bit
older to go fast anyway.

Anyways, to cut a long story short, when the content I can add is better
than my spelling I'll bounce more stuff around, until then though it's
probably better that I sit back in my armchair and enjoy the stuff other
people have to say. That said I think that everyone else should write
more though :-)

Congratulations to all those that enjoyed success this year at
Bonneville and thanks to those that have kept the rest of us up to date
on what's been happening. Look forward to reading more about the World
Of Speed shortly.

Hope the new hat doesn't clash too much with the firesuit......

Cheers, Mat.
