okay maybe I should have titled it what I've learned on my last 5 summer
vacations...

1. Quality work sticks with you... ( I didn't short cut anything thou I had
to accept more then I wanted )

2. What you know about on one car doesn't automatically transfer to the next.
( Ballast issues still amaze me with 60% on the rear wheels )

3. Good Freinds are always more important then race cars... ( Brad had to get
up awefully early to catch those record return runs, thank you for sharing in
the experience )

4. Crew Chiefs are best when left alone to do thier job without driver imput (
Dave really wanted to releive the car of it's wicker bills... and when we did
the car Hauled ASS and went straight as an arrow... bout that simple )

5. Dave is a fairly good tuner on a sunny day when he as pistons... and gets
down right Fast when he has a quality car to work with.

Seriously... I had many doubts along the way if we could make this meet... The
opportunity to compromise safety existed from the onset of the project... I
simply kept telling myself that I was strapping in everything important to my
family and freinds and didn't accept Okay... The Hub fiasco is but one of the
many opportunity's to compromise.... it's just not worth it...

Damn that speedweek was Fun..... Can't say enough about Dave.. great freind
and the best crew chief a fella could ask for...

K ( yeah there's more but it's late and I'm not even close to finished washing
)
