Seems this one topic has drawn more interest than any other I have posed in
a while. And for no purpose. You assumed that because I said I was bondoing
the underside that I was putting bondo over the welds. When in reality it
was nothing more than putting bondo on some seems to dress up the bottom.
Sort of like what a good body man would do when he puts a quarter panel on.
Certainly wouldn't give it back to the customer without a little bondo in
the seams.
I think I'll just keep my thoughts and practices to myself and let you guys
make the assumptions about structural integrity on someone else's ride.
