Rotating valve trains....choo...choo

Valve lifters....flat tappets, pushrods and even valves that have rotators as 
retainers will all spin in their bores...guides.  They are designed to do 
spin as this allows them to wear evenly and last alot longer.  Just a thought.  
That is all nothing more.
