Greg, my suggestion is form a company (not registered). This can also be the
name of your racing team, lots of neat ideas and choices there. The person who
owns the basic car would naturally be the CEO. The people invoved would be
listed with their area of expertise, work input or financial stake. From a
basic everyday structure like that an accepted pecking order is established.
Any hiccups round the workshop, a board meeting is immeadiately called and all
present gather round and discuss openly and democratically. Keeps everything
out in the open in a hopefully jovial manner.
