Yup, I was having difficulty with UPS as well (shipping a large audio mixer 
in this case) and the person I was shipping to suggested them.  Great 
service, for a crated up 250lb mixer it was about $60 from Denver to OKC, 
and I don't think it took more than a couple days to get there.  I would 
definitely recommend Forward Air as a company to ship with.
