Aluminum is a better conductor of heat than brass but it's not better than
copper. I think most of the applications that use an aluminum radiator or
oil cooler do so in order to save weight.

Simple question here from a northern simpleton, Which is better an
aluminum or standard radiator for cooling, if both are the same size.My
local yocal radiator guy says aluminum doesn't cool better than the standard
stuff, yet everything I read in the mopar books, hot rod etc., says aluminum
rads are the only way to go. I need a new rad, which is better for cooling?
