John, Texas A&M in College Station TX has a wind tunnel.  I have seen it
there by the airport.  My across-the-street pal is a civil engineer from
A&M, and I'll ask her about it tonight.  Also, one of our high speed
listers, Bill Smith (wmts) is an A&M guy (An Aggie).  I'll do a little
research on this and let everybody know.  Jerry in Dallas.
