Keith, actually, I wasn't thinking about gyro precession at all. But you are
right, at wheel rotation speeds on the track, there is prolly a significant
force in moving a wheel/tire. What I was noting was a simple multiple mass,
multiple spring, multiple damper syste, like under our cars at each wheel.
