Howdy,
          I can't wear them when driving or riding a motorcycle, but I have 
a set of bifocals with the reading lens on the top, I use it primarily for 
machining, I found I was dropping my glasses down and off to view fine 
details, and caught a piece of steel on the eye, decided to change my 
glasses as I didn't think I could change my habit of looking over the top 
of the glasses for detail. Had the devil of a time convincing the glasses 
company to produce the reading lens on top, although since then I have 
found that another company even has a designation, "plumbers glasses", with 
trifocals, reading on top, distance in the middle and reading on the 
bottom. I also have a set of long vision glasses, I told the eye doctor 
that I needed a set for piloting an airplane, and needed stronger long 
vision correction, corrected to 15/20....he didn't want to, but money talks 
or walks, I guess....All glasses, by the way are in safety 
glass...................drive careful
