In the Honda MC powered Nebulos II, Jim True made two passes at 197.xxx
lifting and using the clutch. He then made two passes with no clutch
and fanning the throtle just enough to allow dogs the disengage with
a lot of pressure on the shifter.
He got in the Two Club. Picked up 3 MPH.
