Dick, doggone it we're gonna miss ya! The only good thing about it is we will
see you at the Maxton final meet. We pray that everything works out good for
you and you come back better than ever. We know you will because prayer

Guys, I'm gonna be off line for about a month or
so. Mother nature rules. For some reason, an
old injury decided to act up after a quarter
century of behaving. The Doc said it's gotta be
fixed, and gotta be fixed now. Consequently,
I'll miss my planned outing to Maxton on Memorial
Day, and may miss World of Speed at Bonneville.
If I'm lucky, I might be able to make the last
Maxton meet of the year to defend my honor.
Kinda funny in a way, the race car is finally
ready and already on the trailer but the driver
is not ready! I'll sign on as soon as I get
