Tim,
Without looking in the book, I believe that for an automatic tranny
either a metal shield or an approved blanket will suffice. I believe that
NHRA is the only one that requires a flex-plate shield.
I have a used blanket that was on my Lakester. It was used on a C-4,
but I suspect that they're universal.
For a manual tranny you need a clutch/flywheel shield for both SCTA
