The problem isn't so much that I don't know how to do it as much as it is
that I forget to do it. An that's probably what started this whole mess in
the first palace.

The bigger problem is the second part of my message where this junk seems to
fly back at us a week or two later, and sometimes inflaming raw nerves,
which none of us need.
