    Well, as it turned out The guy had an outstanding bill at the machine 
shop of between $1000 and $1500 that needed to be paid before the motor left. 
I could handle that, so I got a buddy to go with me and the trailer to get 
it, and the owner said his son-in-law complained so much that he was reneging 
on the deal. I can only hope that the machine shop will demand payment now 
and they will let it go for lack of funds.  Disappointed Rich Fox
