hey guys- on the subject of cooling, would naca ducts in the hood or front
fenders be legal in altered class for cooling purposes, or would they fall
under streamlining (air vents), which are not allowed in altered class ? -
by the way , i'm new to the list and hello to all, i think the list is a
great idea
