Hi Roger -
Not sure what you are trying to describe, but honestly that lower bracket
is totally unnecessary (do you mean this one?
https://mossmotors.com/805-436-plate-console-to-gearbox-cover).
I leave it off to make removing the console and tunnel much easier, they
have to come out from time to time. Dash and everything is very solid
without this in place.
