nk finally=0Agetting it to move opened a gap between the cone and the bo=
dy of the=0Avalve (the spring is supposed to hold them tightly together)=
. I took=0Ait apart, cleaned it, and put a slightly thicker flat washer=
 on the=0Aspring.=0A=0A Moral of the story: 'Work' this valve occasional=
ly (maybe at oil=0Achanges). If yours is stuck, don't grab a wrench or p=
liers--the handle=0Ais fragile--but lightly tap the spring side, maybe w=
ith a screwdriver=0Ahandle. If you're lucky, that will break the adhesio=
