I don't have a first motion/input shaft to look at, but I don't recall a =
flange or step that would prevent the shaft from going fully into the =
flywheel (something in the pilot bush hole could, though). However, I'd =
want to know why the bush won't go in fully; is it the wrong part, or is =
there crud in the hole, or ...
