ylinder forget about it. That system is almost impossible to=0Ableed unl=
ess you pressure bleed it. That tiny reservoir is just not=0Acapable of=
holding enough fluid to effect a bleed. Suggest you upgrade=0Ato the la=
ter master cylinder with a separate canister. That will solve=0Athe blee=
ding issues.=0AHowever, the fact that you do not have a handbrake smacks=
of an=0Aassembly or adjustment or incorrect part problem. Did you get t=
he=0Aexact correct replacement brake shoes, or have your originals relin=
ed?=0AIf so, you should be able to adjust up and lock the wheels. Then b=
ack=0Aoff until they just rub. If the handbrake lever is not overstretch=
ed,=0Ayou should be able to make an adjustment for 5 or so clicks to loc=
