Hi Richard:
=20
What are you trying to accomplish / why do you need to change the =
shifter position? The shift tower in the picture appears to be correct =
for a center shift big Healey=E2=80=A6 Also, don=E2=80=99t the modern =
Healey 5-Speed kits come with a shift tower and shift lever?
=20
Did I miss an email describing the issue?
=20

All the best,

In the attached photo you will see examples of two different length =
arms, each with a socket at the end for the bottom end of the shifter =
stick to go into. These arms are attached to an internal shifter rod by =
a single bolt.=20
In order to change the shift lever position, it is necessary to change =
the tower AND the arm with the socket that has the appropriate length. =
In order to change the arm it is necessary to open up the transmission =
to gain access to the arm and shifter rod. It is impossible to do this =
without splitting the transmission.=20
