Get a solid copper one like the original. I have never changed mine in =
the 45+ years of ownership and it does not leak.

I'm getting ready to change the oil on my Healey -- a chore that was =
taken care of by various shops when the car was in for service, so not =
something I've done for many years -- and know that one of the essential =
parts that makes all the difference is a fresh, unused crunch washer to =
put on when the plug is put back into the bottom of the oil pan.=20

I have no idea where to get one these days -- It used to be a very cheap =
item from Moss and I'd order half a dozen every couple of years. Any =
suggestions?
