Yes, it was Mark I talked to.=C2=A0 He is very knowledgeable.=C2=A0 I will=

to tell Michael I talked to him as Michael is his up and coming protege.=C2=
=A0 I have an order coming from them already for some other sub harnesses l=

Michael-you talked to the right person, Mark Hoover.=C2=A0 He is very know=
ledgeable and exacting.=C2=A0 His description of the wire you needed is rig=
ht on. He has created a huge file of correct harness information for every =
Healey and many other cars as well.
Even though RI Wiring is a bit pricy for these items..."you get what you pa=
y for". Also the saying-"you can't buy that kind of information" does not a=
pply with RIW...I found them to be the best and when Mark retires, he will =
leave a legacy of good data, that hopefully someone else in the firm will p=
ick up, and run with the ball. Hank

No one knows the answer to myquestion I guess, but that's OK.=C2=A0 I calle=
d Rhode Island Wiringtoday and talked to a 41 year employee that only works=
3 days aweek now at 70 years old.=C2=A0 He looked it up for me and saideve=
n their expensive BN2 main harness did not include a connectionfrom the ove=
rdrive relay to the transmission switch.=C2=A0According to his records of p=
ast original wiring harnesses from BN2cars they use as example, it is a sin=
gle braided wire with a wovencovering of white with purple tracers encased =
in a vinylsheath.=C2=A0 On one end is a forked terminal to connect to there=
lay.=C2=A0 I was told this wire is 48 inches long.=C2=A0 Then alength of br=
own with purple wire is between the switch and thesolenoid with a sleeve co=
nnector in the middle.=C2=A0 Supposedly toservice the solenoid.=C2=A0 So, p=
roblem solved.=C2=A0 Just have toorder the wire and components now.Mike Mac=
