[Healeys] o/d relay

someone sent me a troubleshooting guide and used it today to do some more 
investigating.  when i pulled one of the wires 
off the throttle switch, the dash switch and relay both work, just do not now 
have a working throttle switch.  will see if i can 
track down the throttle switch problem and put this baby to bed.
