I would have to disagree entirely. I have owned and restored a couple of 60?s
vintage +4?s and currently have a +4 DHC under restoration as well as a modern
Morgan 3 wheeler.
While the 3 wheeler is a bit of a beast and a little punishing to the driver,
the +4?s rode and handled just fine. Maybe not quite as smooth a ride as a big
Healey, but certainly a step up from a TR3 in both ride and handling.
Interesting that the TR3 and +4 used the same steering gear to wildly different
effects ? TR3 steering is sort of like Mr. Toad?s wild ride, and the Morgan is
laser accurate.
