[Healeys] no start

put a newly milled head and gasket on a BT7.  did not change anything else.  
cannot get any cylinder to fire.  seems like 
timing is correct and fuel is getting to cylinders.  spark plug fire does seem 
a little weak, but coil wire throws a wicked spark.   
this is a crane electronic ignition.  what are we overlooking.
