Was the chrome grille section of the hood air scoop on the six
cylinder cars originally fitted from underneath the hood metal or on
top of it, underneath the trim?
It fits better on top, but then the upper trim gets angled upwards
slightly which looks odd. Underneath it digs into the paint at the
bottom, as do the ends of the trim.
Completely inside- definitely not correct
