Since it says "RE:" I guess I missed the beginning of the thread.

Did see happy folks who got their magazine and calendar.

Am I the only one who got a defective copy? The first pages are repeated,
and the end pages are missing. Anyone else get a copy like that?

Where do I email to get a good copy?
