Larry, On my (unaltered since new) 1962 center-shift BT7, the cable doesn't go through the firewall. It comes out of the tunnel, at the top front, through the carpet, and then curves smoothly up to the gauge. It IS visible, but not disturbingly so. Dick Hosmer |
