Thanks to you all for the suggestions. This was
incredibly helpful and I'm most appreciative to be
able to access such great expertise and wise thinking.
I'm convinced-I'm painting it OEW and hope I like it.
Perhaps the surviving bits of original paint have
yellowed over 42 years, and the new OEW will look
good. Either way, I would be foolish to ignore all of
the good advice.
