Door trim kits

Experts,
  What is the difference between the Longbridge BN4 door shut pillar 
trim kits and those for the later Abington BN4, etc. cars?

  Also, I have need for a reasonable quality and price right side 
(passenger) exterior door handle for my Longbridge BN4. Anyone 
have one available?
