I just installed a whole house filter (about the size
of a 2 liter bottle) on one of our hose bibs and went
with that. Seems to work fine - a little less
spotting, but no miracle cure. What turned me off of
Mr. Clean was the large hose handle and proprietary
filters.
Black M5 never clean
