Sony PEG-SJ20 question

Anyone using a Sony PEG-SJ20?
(Palm OS 4.1)

I've loaded all the Geez Palm software, but when I try to calibrate, it just
says "NO DEVICE".  :(

I've checked the batteries.  And I've run the GEEZ unit on my PC just fine.
Doesn't seem like a hardware problem.

Anyone had this problem and found a solution?
