Sony T-series PDAs?

Has anyone gotten the cube to work with Sony T series Clie's (specifically,
the T665)?  I searched the archives and found a thread a while back where an
N series Clie was successfully hooked up:

I've followed those instructions, even using the same sync cable vendor, but
no dice.
