The asking price for the Grattan track and property is around about 7 millio=
n. It=E2=80=99s been for sale for several years now. Luckily they want to se=
ll it to a party that will keep it alive as a racetrack. Which is nice of co=
urse , but a hope that may not last forever.
If anyone has 7 million+ laying around, I=E2=80=99ll quit my job and run th=
e facility for a simple race for pay arrangement.=20
